Tell NJ Officials: Stop the PennEast Pipeline from Destroying our Waterways!

The PennEast Pipeline Company just applied to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) to build a 118-mile pipeline that would pass through some of New Jersey's cleanest streams, protected open spaces, and historic towns.

If this project goes through, PennEast will reap the profits and we'll be stuck with the pollution. That's why thousands of New Jerseyans across the state in the pipeline's path are fighting back.

Our best chance at stopping this dangerous pipeline is to urge the NJDEP to use the state's strong environmental regulations to protect our water and natural resources and reject PennEast's permit applications.

Sign the petition to tell the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection to reject permits for PennEast.

"We urge you to deny the water quality certification and wetlands permits to the PennEast Pipeline Company. There is no public need for the pipeline, according to the NJ Rate Counsel, and construction would irreparably harm streams and other natural resources that New Jersey is required to protect under state and federal law."
